Employment Terms

Base Salary

$1500 — for English-speaking Sales Operators and English-speaking Retention Operators

During the probation period (1 month) — base salary is $1200

Bonus System

Commission Rate:

10% — for underperformance of KPI

12% — for meeting KPI

15% — for exceeding KPI

Performance Levels:

up to 80% — underperformance

80–110% — KPI achieved

110%+ — overachievement

Additional Bonuses

For the first $40k generated within a month — +$1000

Promo Bonuses (one-time):

first $60k — +$2000

first $100k — +$3000

Working Conditions

GEO: United States

Schedule: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM
