Our customer is the world’s known manufacturer of computer peripherals and software, which develops and markets personal peripherals for PC navigation, video communication and collaboration, music, and smart homes. This includes products like keyboards, mice, tablet accessories, webcams, Bluetooth speakers, universal remotes, and more. IF YOU ARE

  • Bringing 5+ years of strong data structures, algorithms, design, coding, analytical and problem-solving skill
  • Proficient in C, C++ Java, and Kotlin with the ability to read and debug code across system layers
  • Experienced in Android platform development for 5+ years (AOSP or vendor-customized builds – not just app development)
  • Knowledgeable of Android platform internals: system services (e.g., ConnectivityService, AudioFlinger, SurfaceFlinger), Binder IPC, SELinux policies, and the init system
  • Strong across the Android system stack, including kernel, HALs (Camera, Audio, Display), system services, networking, and application frameworks
  • Experienced with debugging tools and techniques: logcat, systrace, perfetto, gdb, tcpdump/Wireshark, and similar utilities
  • Skilled to thrive in ambiguous situations with incomplete information
  • Good at forming hypotheses, designing experiments, and systematically narrowing down root causes
  • Familiar with networking protocols and enterprise networking concepts (802.1x, RADIUS, certificates, proxies, VLANs)
  • Knowledgeable in video conferencing technologies: codecs, WebRTC, SRTP, or similar protocols
  • Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex issues into clear explanations and actionable recommendations
  • Fluent in English at the upper-intermediate level
  • Android platform build systems and Gerrit/GitHub workflows (as an advantage)
  • Network troubleshooting and protocol analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump, 802.1x) (would be a plus)
  • HDMI/CEC or USB debugging (nice-to-have knowledge)
  • Enterprise device provisioning (Intune, SCEP, certificates) (as an advantage)
  • WebRTC troubleshooting (would be a plus)
